As far as I know you have to look for them to see them, they don't use them to advertise the game.
If you're F2p (Or even P2P) a REALLY good money maker is killing roosterroach Soldiers (lvl 86) they drop Rune kites, and Rune Scimitars. If you're a member you can increase your profits immensely because then they'll drop Rannar herbs/seeds and other very good herbs and seeds, as well as drop a forgetload of crimson charms. I make about 2-3m per week off them.
Another really good way is by killing Cave Horrors, they drop black masks which sell for 1.4m each at the GE but you need the slayer level to kill them
And if you're REALLY good at slayer (80+) then you should be killing Abyssal demons since they drop Abby whips. And right now they're in the 4m range.

fast noob money on members server is killing them lvl13 monk guys in lvl2 wilderness dungeon under edge-ville.
you can get 500 herbs an hour running to bank from there.

Another easy-ish way to get money is to mine Pure Essence. Around 700 Pure Ess sells for around 100k usually. Members only.
700 pure ess takes some time, I wonder how much time?
