I might, it'd be pretty fun.
Repost the rules please.

Repost the rules please.

Here were the ones I typed up yesterday:

Challenge mode:

First, find a friend who often plays at the same time you do. Next, each of you needs to make a new account (don't pay another $5 if you're a member - keep this account F2P). Then you must decide on a world which you will both join. In order to stick to challenge mode, the following five rules must be followed at all times on these accounts:

1) You must always play on this world, no exceptions
2) You cannot access any in-game stores (NPC shops)
3) You cannot use the Grand Exchange for anything
4) You can only trade with the aforementioned friend
5) You cannot complete any quests except the tutorial

Basically, you and your friend need to / should work together as much as possible, because the only way you're going to get items is through monster drops or creating them yourselves. Archers would be pretty much impossible to play since you cannot create arrows, but if you get them from drops, then it would allow you to train ranged.

It'd probably be best to assign roles, too. One of you can become good at mining and smithing to create armor sets, while the other fishes and cooks food to use while training. Since cooking doesn't take long, that person could also work on Runecrafting. Magic would be limited though, since you could only get runes like Laws from drops.

Potential players (from what I've read):
  • Corbiere
  • Moriarty
  • Truce
  • Proog
  • DaSord213

-snip-
Okay, I'm in. I can't play right now, though.
We need a low pop world. Non members, of course.

Can I be the Mage if we're going to do that?
I guess I could be a miner as well since I'll probably need to make Rune Essences.

That idea sounds awesome.
Yet I don't have time :|

When I do have some time I usually head out to the lumbridge swamps shack with my army uniform , a hatchet and a tinderbox , a friend and a fishing net.
We can camp there and talk about stuff for hours.
Thats why I have played it for over 2 years yet I am only 78 combat.
I make fun.

I've been playing since Runescape classic.
My oldest account has 46 combat, and some cool event stuff from around 05.

Back in mah day, we didn't have no fancy HD graphics, only 2D sprite, ya hear?
Not even animations! Just little though bubbles with an icon in em!

I've played for at least 8 years off and on, and I'm only like 59 combat.

Edit: I'll try to mine and be a smithy.

We'll decide on roles and such when we finalize who's going to be participating. There's going to be a strong need to focus in specific skills though, so roles will be very helpful. For example, warriors are probably the easiest, but unless you have 70+ smithing you're not going to be able to get adamant equips. If someone is dedicated to only smithing, they should be able to make a number of mithril equipment parts within a reasonable amount of training time.

As for mages, the highest battle spells you'll be able to use are the ones powered by mind runes, unless we get some people to farm monsters for chaos rune drops (probably easier than farming things for death rune drops). Archers will be even harder: I'm not sure what drops bows, but Minotaurs drop a very high amount of iron arrows, so those could be relied on should someone find a bow. We can (should) have more than one of each role though.

I haven't decided on if I wanna be Melee Magic or Ranged.
It's hard to chose, especially in this mode.

Main Adventure Mode.
RuneScape has it.

Holy stuffbitch we posted at the same time.
Also how much money do you think we can make from this grind worthy adventure?

Yes I know we won't be selling anything or buying anything.
I'm just wondering, by playing this way, how much COULD you make?

I did the math, and buying iron ore, coal, and nature runes, superheating the ores and turning them into cannonballs is profitable. Awwwwrite.

Few , seeing you can't sell stuff you make.
