you cant be level 2, it starts at level 3.

there was a bug where if you got reported in rsc you would be reset to all level 1. if you left that account and started playing it on rs2, believe it or not you were level 1. look it up.

however i doubt this guy has been around that long XD

being level one must suck, that would mean you would have less than 10 hp.

you wouldn't be able to fight anything, you'd have to safespot with magic or ranging to level up your hp.
