Wow I have to admit the customer service from jagex is pretty decent. Yesterday with the muck up on the new botfinding system I got hit from it twice in a row. I got a message back pretty quickly and got 20 free sof spins from a minor messup. I didn't even get banned it just said I did. I got one of those chefs hat things that gives you extra exp and some other stuff. :u
