Anyway, does it have like... missions, or is it Sandbox? Leaving a half-dead bear in a town to scare people in a sandbox mode sounds pretty fun
It's mission-oriented, but in a free-roam area.
Also, According to Metacritic the critics say it isn't anything like it was advertised. Apparently it is childish and isn't gorey or insane like Manhunt. Basically, it's probably a piece of stuff.
Well no stuff. It wasn't supposed to be gory, they're care bears. Their gore is all the fluff you tear out of them. The game is more humorous than serious (i.e. The announcer yelling "IT'S NAUGHTY TIIIIME").

It sucks controls are too heavy its like your character is a rock when you move him the moving is horible

The game got terrible ratings and I heard it was less than mediocre.

It's definitely worth a rent, just to pretend you're Jason Voorhees.
Again, don't expect it to be AMAZING. It's comical, and fun, but it's not going to blow your mind.
