Still, why would you theme your computer to be one of the most horrid OSes in the history of Windows?
Seriously, Windows 2000 was terrible. I'd rather have the default Luna theme on XP than make it look like 2000...

I dunno, I've always felt simplicity with a setup like that, and bouts of nostalgia from it.
I honestly have no idea why I would keep it this way.

I thought everyone hated Windows ME and loved Windows 2000.

And to everyone saying his desktop looks like Windows 2000, you were obviously never familiar with it - he's using icons from Windows 98, not 2k/ME
