The lower level you are the easier things are to kill.

Can someone help me? I tried to install the OBSE Elys(or whatever) plug in so I can use a mod I downloaded last night. The read me said to make the needed folders or whatever, I don't know what those folders are and they weren't already in the OBSE folder. What folders do I need to installed the elys pluggy for OBSE?
