More realistically, people with STD's or certain genetic conditions like genetic diabetes, for example, should not be allowed to have children, or else be fined.

I would make abortion illegal because people should have to deal with the fact they had a child.
Generally people should be allowed to whatever they want to themselves, I'd make fireworks legal where it's not, Self Delete legal because I don't really understand why it's not, and like I said, Marijuana, and things like that legal.

I'd also make it so life prison sentences got changed to the death penalty, to save money.
