Reminds me of how police try to get speeders instead of the more main criminals.  Our authorities mainly do it for the money.  Just like the mercenaries back in Rome when they were expanding their Empire.

So um, what do you do in Blockland that seems illegal?

You seem to forget the fact that if they suspect you of illegal activities, even if you really aren't, they will confiscate and search through your personal files by literally taking any electronic equipment.

Downloading mp4s from YouTube? Won't happen with ACTA.
Burned a new mix CD for a friend? Won't happen if the songs were downloaded through YouTube or Limewire.

ACTA will severely restrict internet privacy.

Doesn't this already happen with things such as child research?  I don't think it will be as bad as you think if this ever does pass.  Everyone thinks that the police will show up at your door if you do so much as download something.  It wouldn't work like that.
