343 Industries didn't make Halo Wars, it's the new company that will oversee future Halo projects and actually has some staff members from Bungie, such as Frankie. Ensemble Studios made Halo Wars.

Halo wars was a good RTS but it lacked freedom to spew your buildings around anywhere you damn wish
