Halo doesn't belong to Bungie anymore. Halo has always belonged to Microsoft, but Bungie made the games. Bungie will continue making games without Microsoft, but with Activision. 343 Studios works for Microsoft now, and all we know is that Microsoft bough the domain name for "kinecthalo.com"
