Static sprites have been around since the beginning. Change is needed and it has been delivered. If you don't like it then suck it up and play or stick to previous generations.

Oh hey, that neutral sprite seems just like Pokemon Black and White animated sprites. So are you saying every sprite except for the ranged attack sprite isn't animated?

as i said, thats not the best example
but still
theyre better than B&W ones
nintendo promised animated attack sprites
we got stuffty animated idle sprites
im pretty sure alot of people will prefer the old static ones
