My sister makes those same mixed vegetables all the time, I cant stand them though. Though I love steamed broccoli now <3

I just pour hot water in them and drain until they're mostly unfrozen. The lima beans taste like sausage!

IS all of this just because of meh?

NVM. I thought this was posted today. Lol, my bad.

All because of you. Youre just that important.

In my math class yesterday I was eating a large bowl of mixed vegetables and one person said they thought that was weird to just eat vegetables plain. What the hell is wrong with out society when eating healthy food is considered weird?
I agree, I bring vegetables for lunch at school all the time and people are always asking me why.

Yay, today we got to do some light sparring in Muay Thai. Actually getting to swing at someone is a lot different than just practicing drills all day.

December 2nd Datu Tim Hartman is holding a free seminar on campus. He is one of the grand masters of Modern Arnis and Combat Eskrima and is the master of my instructor. It's going to be fun!

Once I start getting payed for my job, I'm sving it up for martial arts to better improve my chances of being in law enforcement. Any sugestions on what style is best. NOTE: We have A LOT of Tae Kwon Do places around where I live.

I'd avoid Taekwondo for anything other than a sport martial art. If you want it to apply to law enforcement I'd look into stuff like Krav Maga, any sort of boxing style, Jiu Jitsu, and Arnis.

Arnis is a great system to learn how to fight with and defend against various stick-like blunt weapons, improvised weapons, and even knives. Traditionally you train with pieces of solid bamboo, but you can apply the same techniques to anything like police batons, pipes, and beer bottles; all things you'd encounter in law enforcement.

Krav Maga was developed specifically for street defense so duh.

Jiu Jitsu or any sort of grappling, joint manipulation, and ground fighting system is good for, well, those three things.

Boxing just to learn how to throw and defend against some basic attacks. Preferably a system that uses kicks and grabs too. Nobody on the street is going to actually use martial arts technique.

Once I get a car I'm going to the gym at least 4-5 times a week

Till then I'll be a faty mcfatass because I'm too lazy (and self-conscious) to run around my neighborhood. :(

I don't beleive any Arnis teaching places exist where I live. I've seen some Jiu Jitsu places so I'll check that out and we are kind of taught Krav Maga as we go through the program.

My workout routine:

9AM:

1 mile run, always finish under 7 minutes, usually around 6.10-6.15min

Then I do my whole day of whatever

6PM:

MMA Class for 1 hour

7PM:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday is Boxing for 2 hours
Tuesday, Thursday is Tae Kwon Doe for 1 hour

8 or 9PM depending on day:

Hit the gym for another hour and do Cardio, usually another mile run, do some arm workouts usually pull ups or some thing, do dumbells, ab workouts, leg workouts etc.

10PM go home

Next day:

Repeat.

This is the simple part, I have hip hop and freestyle dance classes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for 1 hour each.

The above seems like a lot, but, I've been doing it for like 6 months now, and, I'm getting progressivly bigger, and, inb4'omgloludance' yeah, I do, and its fun so too damn bad you don't like it.

Otis and me talk about the gym all the time. We're bromoloveuals c:

Speaking of dancing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZrSY_ISn4w

I taught myself most of the basic steps, then I did 2 months of intro classes at my studio, and, now I compete. Its a ton of fun. Also, I taught myself the steps from watching hip hop music videos and the 'Step Up' movies.

And that bird is awesome. I want it.

The most working out I get to do is School P.E. I'll probably work my ass off over the break, but I think I might be developing Arthritis in my wrists.

School P.E = / = Excersize

At lease at my old school, where p.e class was sitting in the gym watching movies about richards and balls.
