My workout routine:
9AM:
1 mile run, always finish under 7 minutes, usually around 6.10-6.15min
Then I do my whole day of whatever
6PM:
MMA Class for 1 hour
7PM:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday is Boxing for 2 hours
Tuesday, Thursday is Tae Kwon Doe for 1 hour
8 or 9PM depending on day:
Hit the gym for another hour and do Cardio, usually another mile run, do some arm workouts usually pull ups or some thing, do dumbells, ab workouts, leg workouts etc.
10PM go home
Next day:
Repeat.
This is the simple part, I have hip hop and freestyle dance classes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday for 1 hour each.
The above seems like a lot, but, I've been doing it for like 6 months now, and, I'm getting progressivly bigger, and, inb4'omgloludance' yeah, I do, and its fun so too damn bad you don't like it.
