Author Topic: What if the world was infinite.  (Read 6012 times)

Well, Earth could use some extra space, but not too much. :u

Gravity is overrated. We should get rid of it; It only holds us down.
But it is one of the 4 fundamental forces in the universe. Along with electromagnetism, weak nuclear force, and strong nuclear force, it allows us to live.

Get rid of one, and the whole system goes screwy. :O

Gravity is what holds the atmosphere on the earth (I think?) so if there was no gravity we would DIE. D:

Hurr no stuff.

It also holds the Earth together.

It also holds the Earth together.

But the world is just a big ball with lots of huge dips and rising areas; how would it need gravity?

Because it's all that's holding the atmosphere and soil down, starfish.

What about some giant ass sphere, like bigger than our sun x10,000. And we live on the inside of the sphere, and gravity is created by centrifucal force. Also light is created by a small gas buildup inthe center.

And oro, I would imagine it would be infinite in 3 dimensions. Thus no space, just sky, and no limit to how deep you can dig.

Like minecraft?  :cookieMonster:

I would call it Minecraft then.

Then we would either die because we would cover sun OR we would not have sun because we would have covered it because only 1 planet would exist, happeh?.

I like how this clearly implies that the universe would be under a different set of laws of physics, that everything we know is basically irrelevant in the hypothetical world, and yet you're stuck whining about how the solar system wouldn't work right.

Just never ending in any direction.
Limitless amount of land.
What do you think it'd be like and stuff.

I'd make the run in less than twelve parsecs.
