There's a shotgun behind the counter before you go into the Shoal Nightclub. Just focus on one of the Twins. Shotgun them, and when that twin comes for you, roll out of the way and repeat.

Level 31. I think I just had my best playthrough of all time. Beat every psycho except for the last one and the three snipers. Now I only have 3 cases left :(.

The only complaint with this game is the horrible voice acting. TK, Rebecca, and Dwight Boykin freak me out with their voices.
