Am i the only one who dislikes this?
I mean, really, ever played a videogame and got a "drop-off" ending? i mean the ones that, even if you defeat the final boss/level/whatever, and the credit rolls, the next time you start the game, it drops you straight where you saved before you defeated the boss/level/whatever, meaning you'll never like, "Finish" the game forever.
Anyone who plays the Professor Layton and the [something], Legend of Zelda DS games and etc will probably know what i mean, it just feels like you've done nothing after you finished it, and all it asks for you to do is to just go finish up stuff you missed before, and even after that, you still will get dropped to before the boss the next time you try and finish the final level.
So, anyone else disliking this? i prefer endings where you get to do whatever you want, and be free in a happy ending, basically, like Super Mario 64, you finish the game, but you will actually have defeated the final boss, and you get the cake.
And Pokemon Mystery dungeon, where instead of just being dropped off at the final dungeon after finishing it, the story actually continues, it feels so much better.
