That'd be public domain.

Stock media is media created to be used for several different purposes as necessary. It's not necessarily available for everyone. Most "stock photo" websites require paying to gain access to photos.

I thought that Badspot used some kind of music making tool or electrical music instruments to make the default music, or he just found it on the web.
