Author Topic: Torque Just Shut Down Development  (Read 3183 times)

I was under the impression that Badspot worked for them?

If he is on a job hunt, the future development of BL could be impacted.
No, he stopped a while ago.

It'd be funny If Nexon got their hands on it.
Game company developing and selling a game engine? wat?

Ew no

Nexon ruins anything they can get their hands on.

If EA buys torque out, which I doubt, but if they do, we'll be bombarded by even more little kids.

I wanna hear what baddy says about this lol

If the torque master servers go down, it'll only affect the alpha version of the game and it's mods.
aaaaaaaaaaa

I don't know what to say, except for my nostalgia just got even worse

Aww, stuff thats means I gotta make a master server. Its a shame too it was a great community and a fun engine to work with, to bad it didn't cut it in the end.

im glad the master server will be killed lol.
all them alpha players will finally get kicked for real.
broke bastards :D

I quit garage games like 2 years ago.  It's all Blockland now.

Doesn't Garage Games take like $11 out of every ID bought? I wonder what happens now that they are going down. This could actually mean a big pay raise for Badspot.
