Because you are still an American citizen, you would still be under the influence of any legislation passed under her administration - except for local laws, which would be dictated by the country you move to.
As such, it wouldn't really benefit you to move out of the country. The only thing you it would bring you would being able to say "Hey guys I'm leaving because I don't like the leadership."
Not trying to insult you personally, but every election there is some person or people who claim they are going to leave if so-and-so is elected. They never do. Even so, leaving because things aren't going your way is not a very reasonable way of dealing with the situation. As a citizen, you should take the good with the bad and work to improve the situation rather than giving up and leaving.
As for the lack of influence of one vote, that is the nature of democracy. Your vote joins tens of millions of others to send one message. If everyone shared the same mentality and decided not to vote, then we would determine nothing. Instead of helping to write our own history, it would be written by the Supreme Court or some other body which is outside of our control.
