do you know how annoying it is not being able to fast travel in morrowind?
its like having to go around a stuff ton of loving cliffs while cliff racers flood you

Would Argonians get more stat penalties in the cold than other races?

Don't get an Aneurysm, you won't be forced to use Fast Travel. Though, I think I would have to use it a lot to prevent my 'walking tank' character, Ruprecht, from gaining too much Athletics and Acrobatics skill to prevent him from running too fast and jumping too high and far.

guards need to be fixed
if you can kill all the guards in the vicinity, the bounty should go away.
if you run away, when you come back, there should be less guards and wanted posters.
and like AC, tearing them off reduces your notoriety.

Also there's a game informer hub update.

Awesome infinite levels

there was a level cap in tes4?
I actually haven't bought Oblivion, only played it a lot at my friend's house. Also does that mean the game doesn't loving end after the last story quest?

I have no problem with occasional fast travel. But would you rather have an incredibly detailed environment, and you had to manually go there, or have a bland, generic environment that's pretty much the same no matter where you go but with teleportation?
