Author Topic: Any near-death experiences?  (Read 17983 times)

Eh, my definition of near-death would be that you could've died or did die but was revived.
Anywho, I recall being told that when I was born I had my feeding cord wrapped around my neck... I've also nearly broken my neck because I was stupid and witnessed my sister nearly getting hit by a 50mph car. I've also been run over multiple times by stupid kids on bikes.

One time, I got in a terrible car crash.
We ran into a tree, and the windshield's glass flew to me and hit me in the chest.
Nailed me in the heart.
I could feel my soul leaving, it was really weird feeling.

I haven't seen the show but my dad did bring up some youtube videos that were probably just like it.

Once when I was young I went down cement stairs head over heels. You gave me a bowl, it would've been overflowing with tears.

Does almost getting struck by lightnin' count?  I am too young to live through that.  I think...  :cookieMonster:

I did.  There were these kids that lived accross the street from me and I used to play with them, we would ride bikes and one day one of them wanted to borrow each others bikes; mine had the pedal brakes, theirs only had the handle bar breaks, when I rode into the street there was a car coming I did not see, I tried to use the pedal brakes but I was using one of their bikes, the car was coming really fast but stopped just in time.....  I was like 6 when that happen.

Holy... Must've hurt...

When I was 7 in my friends backyard we were playing our own version of golf, basically just smacking a golf ball around with some old golf clubs. Being 7 and not knowing wtf I was doing I stood behind my friend, just as he went to swing. On his back swing he nailed me in the forehead and caused a small fracture in my skull. I was rushed to the hospital by my neighbors who were very close friends with my parents, soon after my mom and dad arrived - they were gone out when I got hit but said neighbors phoned them. I ended up getting something like 30 stitches in my forehead, and to this day I have the scar. Had that club been a little heavier, or had he swung a little harder, the damage could have been much worse.

Read this: One day, I decided to take a shower. I got into the shower and started showering. Once I finished I was about to sit on the couch, BUT, I tripped on my towel and my chin slammed right into the wooden floor. My skin was cracked completely on my chin. I was crying. It hurt alot. My mother came up very worried. We put a band-aid on it and went to the hospital. We check in and we waited for the doctor. After the doctor came, he started putting stitches on me. I was tired. It took about 5 hours! We stayed there until about 12:30 AM. Once they were done, we went back home. I was relieved. We went to bed.

So you didnt die.

Why was I suddenly reminded of the game of Apples to Apples I played...
