Simcity 4 is also one of my all time favourite games, Just a shame it's starting to work poorly on newer systems.

you gotta tell your processes to only play it in any 1 single core you have, and set it's virtual memory capability to like 20gigs.

Well Doom 3 with expansion costs $25 normally. At 75% discount like you wanted that would be $6.25. The package price of $8.49 is $2.24 more and you can gift the other games to a friend. They aren't going to get any lower than that.

It's not an MMO
At all. It's got one free roam kill the npcs area. That area will get you to level 14. Nowhere else.
Even through the majority of this you can do it alone, basically making it a short campaign.
Otherwise it's just joining the matchmade PvP 16v16 or so servers.
