Your ISP can monitor all the websites you visit.

On a grander scale the NSA is said to be filtering the entire web for plots against America, pretty interesting.

All of which creepy no less.
Not if you use proxies.

This is how's its going to work, the whole internet will end up like youtube.

If 1 person bitches, then the video gets blocked or suspended until the content is removed that was breaking the rule.

I don't get what's so bad about this :I

Net neutrality is important.

Monocle is just being an idiot

Government forgets up everything. The internet has been around 3 decades and is doing fine, last thing we need it needs is government intervention.

I'm now afraid to go onto 4chan

That just means you can't be watching child research and pirating stuff left and right.

*throws a chair out the window*

Yeas this is unconstitutional, but just because an ISP now has the ability to block what they want doesn't mean they will. Blocking access to certain sites will just make the ISP look bad, and will probably be just as detrimental to their publicity as the site they tried to block. Yes we're still better off with a completely neutral internet, but I really don't think this will end up making much of a difference in the long run. Or maybe I'm just too optimistic for my own good.

Does this mean I cant look at prons anymore? :C

Only child research. And if we can't, I have a folder. Yay for preparedness!

What?

What?
If we are no longer allowed to look at research, I have a folder on my desktop full of research.

Agreed. The government has messed up so much just because it thinks that it can make the U.S a better place. All that's happened is things got worse.
Off topic: They say that tons of jobs have been created. Nope, millions have been lost. Just a little heads-up.

I think I hear a song coming on!

Revolution 1 by The Beatles?
