Yeas this is unconstitutional, but just because an ISP now has the ability to block what they want doesn't mean they will. Blocking access to certain sites will just make the ISP look bad, and will probably be just as detrimental to their publicity as the site they tried to block. Yes we're still better off with a completely neutral internet, but I really don't think this will end up making much of a difference in the long run. Or maybe I'm just too optimistic for my own good.
