Once i have it exported, how do i put it into blockland, just put it in a .zip right? so someone else can script it?

The scripter needs the DTS file and any materials on the model in 16x16 PNG files.

hmm. how do i retrieve those?

You make them yourself. Read my guide. I'm pretty sure I covered it.

thanks demian now i can finally get something public

Ok I cannot find where to add a new material. I do not see anything about materials on my right side of the screen in the toolbar (the one you open with N)
Nvm, I fixed it.

In order to open .blend files saved in Blender 2.63 or newer with older Blender versions you need to save the file again with Legacy Mesh Format. Please note that this gets rid of all ngons in the save. To save with Legacy Mesh Format, go to File > Save As... or press Ctrl + Alt + S and check the Legacy Mesh Format checkbox.

I just now found the ngons to be dissapearing, how do I get them back?

Is there a way to get 4 different sides (view) in one window?

Press ctrl+alt+q, or go to View>Toggle Quad View on the 3D view window.
