The first and last STALKER games. Clear Sky was meh on the scary.

Seriously though, the underground labs and bunkers in that game are pant stuffting, especially if you have atmospheric and texture skins and have a good enough computer to max it out.

Modern Warfare 2, it's survival horror because you're horrified that such a stuffty game could exist and you have to survive playing 5 minutes of the multiplayer.
