Takato stop getting riled up over trivial things, jesus christ.

it sounds more like fun banter attempting to describe mythological things

like discussing the religion of uhh
orcs

SANTA I KNOW YOU MEANT TO SKIP MY HOUSE ALL MY LIFE
I KNOW YOU'RE REAL

ASSDFSD HAIR, THE PLAGUEE

im a blouk
how is he being like me :/

Demoting oneself by saying their drawing sucks.

Dragons are not reptiles.
Yeah yeah, that's what I say to explain why some have boobs lol.

Reptiles are cold blooded. If a dragon was cold blooded, breathing fire for more than a fraction of a second would cause it to have a heat stroke and die because its body temperature would get too high and it doesn't have the ability to manage it.
Okay. I would also say magic too but this is fine.

Dragons have traits of both reptiles and mammals, and because of this it's more likely that they're a "missing link" between mammals and reptiles, an in-between stage of evolution, if you will.

I dunno about missing link lol. Dinosaurs?

On another note, you should keep anthro and your censored research in the furry megathread. Yes, I could probably tell you're thinking "BUT DRAGONS AREN'T FURRIES." Either way, that kind of stuff would be met there with less... debate.

I feel like the one on the bottom left.

that's from the prince of egypt brothers you're being sorta blasphemous right now

idk camera i'll give you my full attention to anyone else claiming to be just starting to draw dragons, but it doesn't seem like this is a new thing for takato.
dragons seem like a kind of thing you get a bunch of ideas in your head about and then they just kind of stick like that, there's really no concrete definition.
i can tell you didn't take any books like Dragonology to heart because that book was like my bible for three years and dragons definitely have hair (most of the time)

only the blockland forums will start a multi-page debate over what a dragon rooster looks like

Hey it was my "Bible" too. But I morphed some of it to fit more of my canon. Yeah he is better at drawing dragons than I am :y

Also there's CERTAIN FACTORS that I'd allow for hair on dragons. But blatantly sticking human head hair on it is just deaughh.

For example, the Eastern dragons or lungs had hair, I can tolerate that. BUT WHEN YOU STICK HAIR ON EUROPEAN DRAGONS, you're crossin the line bub.

ew anthro dragon
his body isn't even in the picture, how do you know he's anthro

no, I'm thinking this is the drawings thread and a drawing is a loving drawing

Because it is given human traits. But I guess you could argue with that.

Mostly, it's the human-like hair. :P

the hair the glasses the ability to put headphones upon huge ears
normally telltale signs

It's my character, and who cares if he has hair or not, it's my character, I'll put whatever I want on him.

I put a ridiculous amount of time into that piece and all I'm getting are complaints about the subject matter because everyone here is a closed-minded hater of everything they don't deem as normal. It's a god forsaken avatar, its not hardcore furry bondage research, you don't need to flip out over the simple fact that that dragon has hair and glasses. That's not what this thread is for, it's for sharing your artistic work with other members of the community and getting complements and critique.

I really want to just drop this bullstuff and get back to the entire purpose of this thread but every time I try you people refuse to just loving shut up.
