I'd say to not build new farms but as it is, increase the production on current ones, then we will miss the costs of buying materials to build them

Woo hoo! Land expansion with in the next two time phrases?

Woo hoo! Land expansion with in the next two time phrases?

You bet babe. Sorry for the delay guys; I had a lot of monotonous landscape to build. :3

Update Ten: March 1905

The past few months have been ripe with opportunity for or great town. Butters' has decided that the town needed a long awaited land area expansion; so he has bought two square miles of land from the State of California. These two plots border the densest parts of San Ramon. With these two expansions, San Ramon will be comfortable for years.

The view from one of the new plots; looking towards San Ramon. Road and Tracks to the right.

One of the new plots seems to contain some silver and iron. This ore could put San Ramon on the map! Today's proposal will deal with this, as well as factories.

In the town, there appears to be a housing estate planed. You are not involved in this of course (we didn't vote on it); but you are glad that some other ripe, new businessmen have migrated to San Ramon.

This year will offer some interesting prospects for our town.

The Proposal

Well, we need two things at this moment: more factories, and access to the ore. Only one of today's proposals offer getting to the ore. But keep in mind, we own the land; we can always come back to it later if you view it as important. Another one of today's proposals offers the first business offer for San Ramon. It is an Office Complex which will manage current factories and future factories; boosting their production. Obviously, these two options would make the most money for San Ramon quickly.

Well the explanation is over; here's the overview:

Note:Not all of these options are of the same type, please view over the list before voting.

List of proposals:

Blue: Road and Rail link to ores, includes a processing plant for the ores.

Red: Rail link and a factory complex.

Yellow: Road link and a factory complex.

Orange: Office Complex. This would manage and optimize existing factories as well as future ones.

Usual day for voting. :3

Orange; We own the land, getting ore can be dealt with later. Wth the business, we can help the currently existing ctizens and help production rates of the town. And though maybe a bit slower, it would make expansion easier. c:

Fuuun. :D

I just realized that your drawing of the rail link has it end on a road.

Trains don't go on roads silly.

entire town: escape black cube fortress

Orange; because the ore is on land you own, you won't have to deal with it until really needed. To be honest, more factory production means products get made faster, and they get shipped faster.

That's the road proposal, the one to the right is the rail. I assure you that it does indeed start on a rail.

entire town: escape black cube fortress
Okay guys, I'm having an issue with the cubes. I originally thought that it would keep the landscape from looking awkward (because it would just end in water). But when I take pics from inside the town, they just block out the sky and ruin the overall feel of the picture.

Post your thoughts about this, and what to do.

Edit: We have a new neighbor! Check out the growing town of Brintston.

About the cubes, just make them mountains. You could make tunnels for the trains and trucks to come and go too.
