Blue, we need some ores :/.

Edit: We have a new neighbor! Check out the growing town of Brintston.
Yes, a neighbor who is 20 years in the future :3

Update shortly, and it seems that we have surpassed our previous record for votes.

Update Eleven: December 1905

We are experiencing a large boom in San Ramon. We practically need more of everything, but houses especially; now more than ever. This boom is due to two things. First, the prospect of Iron and Silver. Many a traveler has stopped off waiting to see what our company does about these ores. Secondly, the large office complex. This office is probable the second largest in California at this time. This office is demanding more educated workers and has boosted production in all of our factories. Here is a look at the new complex:

The new Beaux Art office is the tallest building in San Ramon

Some shops and houses have popped up around the facility

Some of this growth has been expressed almost immediately. Large housing areas are being laid out all around the new office.

The view of the construction from the roof of the office complex.

Speaking of housing, that construction on the other side of town has been completed. The current population is 4050 (I have added density all over the town).

The future is looking bright. :D

The Proposal

This is most likely one of the more confusing proposals that will ever come up in this game. All of the proposals involve the ores and accessing them. They all include at least one Road and Rail link. Please read the description of each proposal and how they coordinate before voting.

Note:Yellow just indicates where the ore sites are.
List of Proposals:

Blue: Processing Complex with a Rail link to the left, and a Road link shared with Orange. Has connections to both ore sites.

Orange: Processing Complex with a Rail link to the right shared with Red. Includes a Road connecting to San Ramon, and connects to both ore sites.

Red: Processing Complex(with distribution center) that has a Rail link to the right shared with Orange. Has a Road link to San Ramon, but not the other ore site.

All the options include a train station. Only Red has a Distribution Center; which will double desire for the mined ores. Orange and Blue have access to both ore sites, but no Distribution Center.

A day for voting. :3

Vote for Orange.

It has both connections as close to the city as possible. It also has access to both ore sites, so it has the same desirability in total as Red, but around twice as much ore.

VOTE FOR ORANGE FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE

VOTE FOR ORANGE FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE

Wow, as of right now Orange has an uncontested 100% lead at nine votes.

Also, bump, this thread is sort've drifting toward the bottom of the page.

Lord, I made my own Lets Build, and there's an option for a railroad linking to San Ramon. If it wins the poll, I was hoping you could add something about it in this topic. Maybe just a small stretch of railroad off to the side.

Bump.

Blaze, you can't link the two towns, they're 45 years apart from each other.

I wanna be able to link,'so I changed mine's year.

No you haven't :/

That wasn't what it read when I posted that. -_-

Red one, more short and good.
