It was a bright, typical day. The sun just rose; people were waking up all over California. People who were getting ready to go to work and make a living. San Ramon was no exception.

A Violent shake dropped people to the floor in much of San Ramon. The Earthquake didn't just drop people, but also embers from stoves and heating systems. Many fires broke out along Main Street.
View up Main Street after earthquake. The steeple of the Church collapsed onto Main Street, blocking the North end of Main Street. One of the smoke stacks at the Power Plant imploded; sending debris onto the new extension Rail line, and the South end of Main Street. The Power Plant is now non0functional.
Luckily, the new Processing Complex fared well in the quake, no major structural damage in any of the buildings.

Despite the damage, San Ramon fared well. San Francisco wasn't as lucky. Much of the Financial Capitol of the West was
destroyed by the quake and the many
fires that it caused. San Ramon is already getting offers to provide lumber for the reconstruction, we must help those in need.
The Proposal
We have to repair the damage caused the the earthquake. We also must increase lumber production to provide wood for the rebuilding of San Francisco. So today we will propose a new lumber mill, all the options are teh same; just different locations. Thus what you have to think about is transportation etc.

Usual day, my darlings!
