I mean ideally we could isolate and get rid of hereditary disease completely after several generations (since genes and the like sometimes skip a generation, I'm not sure if hereditary diseases do also but I'm assuming they do), though in reality that probably wouldn't happen. Still, we could greatly reduce them. I do feel kind of rude, but I'd have to say no. It'd be worth it in the long run for the human species.

If you're saying that people should adopt instead of have kids, you're stupid. If you adopt a kid, the kid isn't a part of you, its just another person.
