No. I'd feel terrible. The death of someone doesn't only affect them, it affects them and everyone of the victim's friends, family, spouse, etc.

This poll is a paradox.
If you kill someone, they die.
Their death is a consequence.
So, for their to not be a consequence, he'd have to live.
But then you wouldn't have killed him.
