Aw God, I know that one. Whenever I see if, I want to throw a stuff fit. "That is the most loving handicapped looking Pokemon yet!" EVERY TIME I see it. It's so loving ugly. It's like a bird that got too big for it's damn shell but still wears it for the sake of being forgeted up and handicapped.

Well, it was designed by James Turner, not Ken Sugimori, so that's probably why it's so ugly.
