at 252 EV's and 31 IV's in health, chansey's max health is 704.

Chansey is cool, but what i really hate is it's low defense.

Even without EV or IV training/breeding you can have 641 HP at level 100

I think you can use a move it can learn with Skylift or something to cause a glitch that forgets up a battle.

If I remember correctly, you use the move which sends both you and your foe in the air, another pokemon later on the same turn uses Gravity (which sends the airborne Pokemon down) and the Pokemon which Sky DROP was used on can't do anything.
