I don't know a single man or woman who can't do 7 pushups.Even the fatasses in my class can do like 15.

I realize you are 13 or whatever and you and your peers generally haven't reached puberty yet, but once that change occurs you start naturally growing muscle. From there, all people should be able to do at least 12 pushups. That is a wonderful starting point to begin working out from.That's my final say.
