It's a better workout if you do 20 on your knees versus .5 on your feet. Mainly for fat people and young/out of shape women, but they serve a purpose. When I first started working out I could do pushups fine but pullups I could only do like 2, so I used a chair and I was able to do like 15, and I got way more sore from 15 with a chair than 2 without.

There is a massive difference between being immobile and not using muscles for a month and being a bitch who won't suck it up.

You missed the point completely - nice job.

Someone not being able to do full pushups doesn't mean they're a bitch. It means they haven't used that muscle enough. We call them girl pushups for a reason - girls usually lack the upper body strength to do full pushups (in the beginning). They're still useful even for people who can achieve full pushups with good form, using drop sets.

You don't know what you're on about.

I don't know a single man or woman who can't do 7 pushups.

Even the fatasses in my class can do like 15.

Then you have a class of people who lower their body two inches then return to the up position.

Oh. In that case you're completely right. I missed the part when we established that the ability of the people you know represents the ability of everyone else in the world.

If your boobies don't hurt but your arms do the day after doing pushups your form is bad.

Not always. Your chest could be stronger than your arms for whatever reason, resulting in sore arms and not a sore chest.

Generally, a school consists of average people.  I'm not talking about my friends who are nerds.  Nor am I talking about the jocks of my school.  I'm talking about everyone in my school.

Actually, forget you.  forget this.

I realize you are 13 or whatever and you and your peers generally haven't reached puberty yet, but once that change occurs you start naturally growing muscle.  From there, all people should be able to do at least 12 pushups.  That is a wonderful starting point to begin working out from.

That's my final say.

I realize you are 15 or whatever and you don't understand stuff about anything, but you're completely wrong about everything you've said in this topic thus far. Don't post about things you don't understand.

That's my final say.

Don't know what you're smokin' bro, because everyone I know has.

I did like 200 pushups yesterday(not in a row, in sets of various types of pushups like: standard, military, wide, diamond, declined, dive bombers. My boobies hurt.
