The key part of that which you neglected for the purposes of making a seemingly witty rebuttal was "TO FUNCTION" - a Blockland server works fine without an administrator present. Stop being an idiot.

In Basketball, there is a referee.
If someone does something stupid, the referee is called in to find out what to do.

In Blockland, there are admins.
If someone does something stupid, the admins are called in to ban people.

In Jail RPG, there are also admins.
These admins need be always present to determine if some kills are considered unjust. If admins go away, all hell breaks loose.
