How do you play hardcore while on mediumcore
The players are mediumcore, meaning they only drop items upon death, as opposed to softcore players, who only drop money upon death, and hardcore players, who are permanently deleted upon death. The actual
server becomes "hardcore" upon killing the Wall of Flesh, meaning larger amounts of tougher enemies, and hardened versions of the three bosses.
