This is great. I finally beat the Destroyer(solo), by using gravity potions.

The result: I was so high up and the destroyer chased me so far that I never found the souls.

In other words: I wasted a lot of potions, time, and ammunition.

It''s easier to use dao of pao or an auto sword like cobalt. You may need to do some rounds to the nurse during the battle though.
