I was in my surface jungle
found a cave to underground jungle
Finds A lot of golden chest + potions
Finds a blinking light, grabs it: Blinkroot
Then, a few shortly-spaced goblin armies start storming in.

Good question, I think NPC's also take damage from hellstone and meteors.

EDIT: I can make battle potion's now but the only thing i need is some bottles of water, Theres some water down in my mine. (Battle potions is made from deathweed, Water bottle and a rotten chunk, It increases the enemy spawn rate.)

Yup but they are a bit hard to craft i think becuase fireblooms can only be found in the underworld by any chance.
