Cant anyone host WITHOUT hamachi?

What's the problem with Hamachi? It's a simple matter of downloading, connecting to someone's network and then to their server. I mean, seriously, what's the point of going through all the trouble of Port Forwarding with Hamachi?

Why doesn't it work? Did you even TRY to fix it?

I tried.

The problem:

1. Join the connection

2. Get kicked off for some reason

3. Hamachi crashes

4. Repeat 1-3

5. Repeat 1-3 again

6. Repeat 1-3 one last time

7. Bluescreen

it's not hard at all people. the only excuse I can see is that you don't know your gateway login/password because your ISP didn't give it to you or something like that.

I guess some people can't forward the ports, on my router, i forward the ports but i still cant host.

And even then you can still figure it out because they have huge loving lists of default usernames and passwords online.

actually I've port forwarded for myself, and two friends via remote assistance. took 5 minutes max for each one.
