I was just looking around. I left some of my armor at home to make room for the mining helmet and some other stuff, like the cloud in a bottle and the balloon.

it's not like it's that hard to find a couple life crystals

just dig around the corruption, they spawn more commonly around there

Skeletron is pretty easy IMO just get full HP and a nice weapon

There is no need to go in there before full hp.
