Proper
writing.
Nope.
You indent a new paragraph.
Thus, if you were going to do it under grounds of grammatical correctness, you would indent each new line you make, or not make new lines.

And I'm adding an "Observed Holidays" to my countries' post because I want to.

Anyway, that wasn't a metaphor, dipwad.
Examples of CORRECT Metaphors:
The assignment was a breeze.
The goalkeeper was a rock.
All the world's a stage.

Like a new horizon of opportunity.

Capitol = Legislation
Capital = Head of country
Anyway, a bay is an enclosed area, normally by water. Not a horizon.

The Mk.1 Handheld Ballistic Knife is now on the market for I$500!

Enjoy firing ranges or hunting? Bring that fun to the warfront with the all-new Spets Naz Crossbow!

On another note did I pinch a nerve? You've been aggressive ever since I posted.

 It's a simile,
No nerve pinching, it's just that idiots on these forums tend to piss everyone off.
Oh yeah, that wasn't a simile either, moron. Simile uses "like" or "as" to compare. Your capital's name uses neither.

Woops.
The capitol was like a bay where people arrived from all over the world.
I represented it.

Oh dear me, look at all of the mistakes I'm making!
I'm degraded to an idiot. I'll never have nice things again.
This is why we can't have nice things.

I'm still not changing the name of the capitol.
*capital
And I wasn't trying to persuade you to change the name, I was informing you of its incorrect usage.
