It takes several hours, but almost all orbital bombardment cannons are aimed at nogovan assets. The button is pressed, and the cannons are fired, they penetrate deep, and explode with the force of a 20MT nuclear bomb.

Any missile attack will have to make it though a heavy flack wall created by the space frigates.
