Dumb response, not that I expected anything intelligent from Monocle.
Hey, look, its Yuki coming in here trying to save the day, and acting a bitch! Woo hoo!
Let me explain my answer; videogames are an art form, yes, they take tremendous talent to program, model, skin, act out/voice act. It also takes an incredible amount of science for motion capture, and for motion rendering from an outside source (the dudes who dress up in body suits). Granted, there's all this intelligence behind it, but its still a videogame, a lot of kids don't have self-control over what they do (and its perfectly visible even on this forum, 90% of people here are completely reliant on their computer for all means of communication, and entertainment), thus they get addicted and it gets in the way of their lives, whether it be school, or friends. The government has funding projects to make parks to get kids outside and such, so why would they fund a project to keep kids inside? Seems completely stupid to me.
