School is necessary for higher paying jobs, especially ADDITION/SUBTRACTION/MULTIPLICATION/DIVISION for accounting. Geometry is necessary if you want to work in a metal manufacturer, card board manufacturer, or if you going into construction.

History and Social Living is important for many reasons, here's why:
History is told because past events that have happened can either keep traditions alive, discourage unnecessary feelings (Riddler is an example), etc.
Social Living is necessary so kids can stop bullying each other and become friends, makes everyone more equal.

English is necessary, especially when you write our reports, letters, and all that stuff you would do in your daily life.
If you grow up knowing basic grammar and you are considered a good speller, that's good, that is very important, but do you know how to use it? Writing a letter to your friend overseas or something that looks completely ridiculous and no one but YOU can read it.

So yeah, education is great, you need to learn to love it like most of us.

I know school is required for higher education, but you loving dumbasses are pissing me off because 90% of you dont understand what I'm saying. YES. SCHOOL IS ENTIRELY NEEDED FOR GOOD JOBS, AND I AGREE. My point is that school either teaches things you dont need to know, like more than 3/4 of Social Studies. And again, math teachers teach you one thing, most likely it will be unneeded in life or you've learned it before, and then tell you to do the same stuff over and over for a week. And homework, I'm sure everyone can agree is pointless. It doesnt help you with learning stuff, it's just about turning it in on time for a grade, which is entirely unnecessary.

I'll always be drug free. And I have plenty of friends, but the internet fails to show that because I dont have my friends on the internet. I have 'friends' that I play with on Blockland and Xbox Live alot, but all my 'real' friends are at my school. Please die.

I admit it wasn't until the 10th grade that I truely realized it, but history is very important to know (prior to this I had just thought it fun). People make references to events in history all the time, and to not know what came before you is to not understand why things are the way they are.
Once you know this, you can make better decisions economically, politically, and socially.
