the tomislav nerf in beta makes the dalokohs bar have a use
of course you could just get a medic to overheal you but you'll have less power in heavy-medic vs heavy-medic and other stuff

also from what i can tell from SPUF theres also weapon rebalancing
apparently the tomislav takes away 50 HP
also forget yeah reserve shooter for pyro
