Lol @ a comment," Valve time of course"

Heavy needs a nerf. It's very annoying to play against them.

agreed
except as sniper or spy
then you have to headshot or backstab an almost constantly moving target

Slowest moving target in game

No, seriously, the heavy is overpowered. I mean, I get the base concept of the heavy: a slow moving man who can take and deal a lot of damage, assuming he meets the enemy when his minigun is spun up.
However, items have removed almost all of those things; he can spin up almost instantly (Tomislav), go at almost normal speed (GRU), and heal half of his health instantly every 30 seconds (Sandvich).

Additionally, he does super high damage with his minigun in short-medium ranges, and can kill almost every class in a matter of seconds. (With almost no spin up time, of course.) Now, I know that the Tomislav is getting a nerf soon, but it's still hardly enough.

The Tomislav has a 20% slower firing speed opposed to the regular minigun, the Gloves of Running Urgently drains your health while equipped (which also means you're not using your minigun when you have them out), and the Sandvich is not instant and takes a few seconds to consume. And while consuming it you cannot fire or fight back against anything.

20% slower firing speed is easily made up for by the faster spin up time, and the only downside is that you'll take like, a half second longer to kill somebody.

You only really use the GRU when you're running to/away from the objective, never when in direct combat, and the health degen is a small hindrance, I agree, but you can heal it with health packs/Medics/Sandvich.

Alt fire drops the sandvich so it can be eaten instantly, but only for half health. (150)

You can use the Sandvich's alt fire to throw it on a plate for an instant heal.
