I know, it's become the new Backburner in a way. An alright weapon if used correctly, but idiots using it the wrong way (w+m1) made it hated.

Backburner: Sneak up behind someone and crits, then run for it
Tomislav: For situations where you can't afford the spin-up time (lots of snipers i guess)
It's for more of an on-the-move heavy then a defensive heavy

Tomislav has quicker spin-up time and no spin sound, so it should be used as an ambush weapon

Hell if Heavy's gonna ambush anybody, but that's the impression I get

open options and hit keyboard tab, then go to advanced and enable console

to connect: type connect 174.52.180.12
